In order to publicize the New York Philharmonic’s Ensemble Concert Series, I created a separate identity that sets it notably apart in tone. The logo, a variation of the repeat sign in musical notation, emphasizes the ensemble concerts as an ongoing event at the Philharmonic while
the posters emphasize its intimate quality, where viewers have the opportunity to become more familiar with contributions of each individual instruments. The identity as a whole transposes traditional impressions of classical music with a newer style to attract younger audiences who are less likely to attend.
